Driven by family ties—his brother-in-law was a forester—and a deep-rooted love for the outdoors, Richard Crenshaw embarked on a forestry career that has spanned decades. With a Bachelor of Science in forestry from Auburn University, his journey began with hands-on experience as a part-time employee for a consulting firm, later transitioning into a full-time role where he honed his skills across a spectrum of forestry practices. From timber cruises to boundary marking and vegetation management, his expertise encompassed a broad range of forestry services, reflecting his commitment to meeting the diverse needs of landowners.

Drawing from his extensive experience, Crenshaw eventually ventured into entrepreneurship, founding his own consulting business to focus on local projects within a manageable radius of Grenville. With a philosophy centered on helping clients however he could, he approaches each task with dedication and versatility, offering customized solutions to achieve each landowners' unique goals. Despite industry shifts driven by technological advancements and changing market dynamics, Crenshaw remains steadfast in his dedication to providing expert guidance and support to his clients.
