This is a 25+ year old club. We will have 17
members at the lower acreage amount or 23 members if we go to 3700 acres.
Club has a gated camp area inside the property with electrical and water
hook up available where you could bring your own camper or trailer. There
are several existing campers/trailers on site, hooked up and available for
purchase from owner – move in ready. We have over 25 food plots with
existing stands. Many stands are suitable for two hunters. Club is 6 miles
south of Moundville. Property does not border any public roadway, and is
protected by gates on private road thus the camp is very secure. Entire club
is in one contiguous block. The potential acreage that would take us 3700
acres is adjacent to the existing 2700 and would result in a club area that
is three miles east to west and two miles north to south with no land within
the boundaries leased to others. |

memberships. All hunts must be scheduled with the hunt manager prior to
arrival. No more than 6 stands will be hunted on any given day. Guests may
accompany a hunter for no additional charge as long as they are hunting from
the same stand. 24 food plots, 16 houses and 16-18 ladder stands. Guests may
hunt separate fields for an additional charge if fields are available. Lodge
available for daily use. $25 per person per night fee for overnight stays.
Stocked and managed 20 acre pond. Bow hunters will be assigned specific
areas. Bow hunters may take as many does as state regulations allow. All
bucks must be approved by hunt manager prior to the hunt. No hunter may
leave a field or area unless they are authorized by the hunt manager. All
transport on dirt and field roads will be by ATV or golfcart. Bucks must be
8 points or better and inside spread must be outside ears. Gun hunters may
take a buck and a doe or two does each day, in accordance with Alabama bag
limits. Hunt managers request that all hunters take their limit of: hog,
coyote, fox, bobcat, armadillo and beaver. |

and a few feeding stations during summer. We also plant summer & winter high
protein plots across the property. Camp house costs an extra $600 per year
if you stay there and the same for camper hook-ups. We shoot 6 point or
mature deer, but do have exception rules for your kids. We have about 900
acres hardwoods and a lot of mature 30+ year old thinned pines and a few
clear cuts (200-300 acres) to hunt around. Large creek with acorns tree on
it that runs through property. We have back door access to an extra 2,000
acres of forever wild land you can hunt for free. We don't shoot does on
food plots anymore although we do have some areas set up for doe killing If
you like. We are a kid friendly club and everyone knows how to act right in
front of our kids. Our camp house is only 7 minutes from our hunting lease.

southeast of Livingston. Part of our property joins the Southern Sportsman
Lodge Property. We have 39 food plots with shooting houses. Some of the
members have been hunting this property since 1969. Family memberships
available and each member can buy as many corporate memberships they wish
until all memberships are filled. Four point or better for the 1st buck and
each deer must be better than the last. Each membership will have three does
to kill. State law applies and will be enforced. No alcohol or drugs
allowed. |

33 Greenfield's and 2 gas lines. Camp site with power, water & gas next to 4
acre lake with bass, brim & catfish. We have deer, ducks, turkey and hogs.
Membership includes member and all family members living in same household.
4 points on one side with minimum of 3 1/2 years old, no does on
Greenfield's except with a bow. We have one strict rule: no drinking of
alcohol. If caught - kicked out of club with no refund. |
